My metal storage shed blew over into the woods like a tin can. Whatever I can salvage from it is going to be my new ice fishing shack.

That's one of the more "Mainer" things I've read in a long time. I'm adding "bub" at the end of each sentence in my mind and "ayuh" to start, though. Feels more at home that way.

Haha when I told my buddies it was “The wind was blowin like a son of a whore and it knocked my shed into the woods and stove it all to hell bud.”

haha That's more like it bub! In my low 20's, landscaping with my friends, we started laying on the Mainer accent hard. We thought it was funny, especially after a quick chat with Famah John where we dumped all of our shit. 13 years later I'm still doing the same work, self employed now, but I'm now stuck with the Mainer talk and it's ridiculous if I don't focus.

You dont live near Calvary Cemetery in SoPo do you? Yesterday I was there and spotted the roof of a shed poking up out of the water like a sunk ship.
