Too lazy to read if this has already been explained but wheelchair user here to explain why this is still parking in a disabled space: because the striped "no parking zone" is put there for wheelchair equipment to have room to load / unload a chair, meaning that someone who needs a wheelchair has now lost a parking space. Like That space is now physically unusable for someone with a wheelchair lift on that side :(
