I'm bout to head to the river and start pouring all my ice trays in. Whose with me? The ice disk must live on. The honor of the brook is at stake.

Maybe it will get below freezing by Valentine's Day and we'll get our little ice disk.

Possible dumb question: Is that something that happened to form once, or does that form every year?

It's formed a couple of.times. The river had work that redirected parts of it for wildlife and it started happening after that was completed. Work has been completed for a few years and I've seen it form twice.

I miss the ice disk. I can see it from my office window, when it exists.
