Yeah, I find the whole thing questionable. NO ONE wants a second home in Barre, Vermont.

What’s Barre’s relation to the ski resorts in VT?
I’m assuming the bigger ones are set up like the Loaf with condos a plenty; which would make the numbers make a little more sense

Barre has zero relation to ski resorts. That's why it doesn't make sense.
