I’ve reached to Revision 3 times after receiving a quote from them and I haven’t heard back. With CMP prices skyrocketing we really need a solar solution.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a smaller solar company who works in upper/west York county?

Maine Solar Solutions is great, and much more responsive than Revision. Fantastic company to work with.

Search r/Maine and you’ll find this topic repeatedly.

Not sure if they work that far south but we used Sundog, and they were able to get it done 5 months sooner than Revision. We’ve been happy with their work.

Maine Solar Solutions did our system a few years ago and were great.

Maine solar was great, similarly priced, but ghosted us after a good estimate. Revision came in and was great. I've heard of people having similar issues with both companies.

Green sun solar is a small operation with great prices. We just could get on their schedule.

Another happy Maine Solar Solutions customer. Also try Sundog. Never used them but the owner is a standup guy.

Revision was like 3x higher than 2 other quotes we got.

CMP prices are not skyrocketing. CMP has no control over, and gets no revenue from, supply price increases.

Blame New Brunswick Power and NextEra for the skyrocketing supply increase.

Revision is in the dark business to makeoney. So are all the other installers. No altruism there, just profits
