The accuracy, I used to live in the area and had a woman I was seeing at one point who had to temporarily live in a studio on 1st while her rental company finished her new place. Long story short, there were multiple times I had to physically stop junkies from breaking in at two or three in the morning, thinking we were the dealer who lived right upstairs. That whole section of the city is a cesspool.
