Hello! I am looking so for suggestions for the best oddity shops in Maine. I’m looking for things like taxidermy, old medical supplies, spooky stuff and the like. I’ve googled but there’s not a ton of results for shops with just that vibe. I occasionally stumble upon these things at antique stores along route 1 but it would be sick to find a one stop shop.

Just went there Friday with my girlfriend, can confirm it does have quite the wide variety of oddities.

Nervous Nellie’s in Stonington. Not so much for the shopping as the spooky eclectic vibe. Go on a sunny afternoon and spend a couple hours (mostly outdoors).
I don't know how it is these days, but Perry's Nut House freaked me right tf out when I was a kid. To the point that I refuse to go back as an adult.
I remember Orphan Annie's in Auburn having some weird stuff.
Second this, worth a visit to see it once.
Smiths General Store in Springfield sells pelts and animal faces next to their magazine/box wine rack. And it has a tiny deli and a picture of obscure Red Sox players. I think they have Andre Dawson and Tim Naehring pictures on the wall, and others. They sell some hardware and steel toed red gum rubber boots. It’s not dedicated to oddities but it is an oddity itself. I love it.
There's a booth in Gurley Antiques on Route 1 in Scarborough that specializes in antique funeral and medical equipment.

theres maine's odd and unusal show thats having its second show this september, and they post about the vendors on their facebook! we went to the first one and loved it, there were some shops for out of state as well!!
oh and there is a couple of stores in the downtown farmington area!! only one i had the opportunity to go into was the sensei side and i think they sold some bones but they definitely sold a lot of crystals, i didnt get to go into sandy river relics but they say they have oddities, and theres some antique shops!!!
Widdershins in Norway often has old medical supplies and taxidermy. The owner loves offbeat stuff like that. He makes things inspired by old sci-fi movies, so you can sometimes find ray guns and phasers in the shop, too.

There is a pretty awesome place upstairs next to habitat for humanity restore in Waterville.
Old Soul Collective in the old Sign of the sun space. It’s amazing!
I downtown Farmington on Broadway across from Renys there's a store called The Sensei Side. Next to that there used to be this great little "antique" shop that had all kinds of curios. I don't see it on Google Maps, so they may not have survived. But, there's Farmington Thrift Store which is also cool. While you're there, have a craft beer at Tucks Tavern.

Fairfield antiques mall. Lots of different sellers under one roof with a wide variety of different things. Prepare to be there a while ...it's big
Lots of head mounts, antlers and the place is huge.
Great Kingdom Emporium in Oxford (right next to the racetrack) has all kind of stuff in that general vibes. It shares a building with the flea market, so it's a great place to stop and spend a few hours picking through stuff.
Does this museum have a gift shop? Would not be antiquey- but def has weird covered.
We took the kids here on one of our trips and while it’s small it’s a fun, eclectic, and interesting place to visit!

Liberty Tool in Liberty - they’ll open for the season the first Saturday in March. Three floors of funky stuff (plus old tools).
not sure it's exactly what you're looking for, but in Cherryfield there are two antique shops. One has a bunch of rooms that are sort of vendor stalls with various antiques, the other has just a bunch of old stuff, furniture, tools, whatever you can imagine. I got a huge cast iron mortar and pestle from there.
The names of the stores are Back In The Good Old Days and 4 Main Street Antiques.
Lakeside Antiques in Manchester has some weird stuff. There's a booth on the far side of the ground floor where I got a giant preserves scorpion in a frame. Make sure you poke around upstairs as well. Think they are only open Wed-Sun, or something like that.
Twin Bridges Market in Leeds has a fake skeleton dressed in funky clothes, with a sign that says "Free hugs." I may have hugged the skeleton at least once. It's on the way to the river portage, which has an old cemetery and fantastic views of the Androscoggin River rapids. Free walking trails around the island.
So I'd visit Lakeside Antiques, then drive to Leeds, get a sub at Twin Bridges, hug the skeleton, and have a picnic at the river portage.

Lady In The Moon in Portland has a few oddities like weird taxidermy stuff
No events in Maine listed, but if you feel like traveling this traveling expo has been a GOLDMINE in my experience, especially for old medical supplies!!
There's an antique shop in Bridgeton across from Renys that has some funky stuff.
