I've noticed it being more prevalent more now. Especially at my place of work. But you are right as well.

How can you personally tell if someone is high or not? I'm medicated most of every day yet when people fordt meet me they don't have a clue that I smoke until I tell them.

I don't know why this is such a big deal to you..I see people I work with smoke all day and be burnt out of their minds..it doesn't matter anyway. I stated my opinion and you stated yours. Let's get over it.
