Interesting. People had their complaints but I bet she would’ve won re-election. I just want the RAISE projects expedited and some more downtown development fer Christsakes, hopefully her successor can keep us rolling that direction.

$25M is the max. Several cities got $25M

The State of New Mexico also got $25M, but I don't see any other cities getting $25M in 2021.

We had a 5M match which is terms of grant. I think project will end up being in the ballpark of $50M

Well, TBD. It’s still, per my napkin math, about $515 of “free” development money per household in the city. The South Commerical extension in particular I think could do a lot for the south mill yard.

The project will be amazing, it's just at a higher cost.

Can't wait til the south Willow intersection with Queen City Ave is fixed too
