Osume makes the best keycaps and nobody can change my mind. Typing on the matchas right now but I have the mochis with taro accents and I am in LOVE.

Is this dalgona?

Update: it's Mochi apparently

Cjhwahaha t1_ja7coxc wrote

I think it's more probably the Mochi Set with the Chocolate accent kit. The Dalgona set has 3 colors, this only has 2.

Thanks. I didnt know there was a plain white set with different accent colours! Looks like i can get the accent kit and combine it with other keycaps hmm...

I highly recommend it. My only gripe with the accent kit is that it doesn't come with a shift. I would've liked a lil more brown

Please tell me you have those Neapolitan switches in it as well?

1

purplespaceman t1_ja8gsxu wrote

That is why I came here. I have them unfilmed and unlubed and was wondering should I film and lube them.

1

DStanizzi t1_ja8k58j wrote

I lubed and filmed them. Tried them stock, lubed, and lubed and filmed. I would say that that light lubing (especially on the spring and the stem and rails) is a good idea. The springs ping quite a bit without lube and there is scratchiness on the stem that will improve with lube. Just be careful to not lube the leaf and legs or you will lose some of the tactility. I would say filming is not needed with these switched but adding a 0.15mm or 0.3mm film while you have the switch open can't hurt.
