The keycaps do not have to be explicitly sold under the pretense of being 'cyberpunk'. If the colors at least invoke cyberpunk vibes it could be enough for me.
Also, they don't have to be nice, well built, or even sold under an actual brand name.
No name keycaps are completely fine.
