Looks like it's a Fujitsu Peerless board, it's rubber dome membrane but it actuates partway through the travel and has nice tactility. Nice find.

I had two of those. They were pretty good for having rubber domes. Nice tactility and very quiet. I loved coding on that keyboard.

The space was a bit weird if you hit it on the far ends, but the other keys were all ok and didn't feel different from what I remember. They had basic stabs with plenty of grease applied.
