Do you mind waiting on group buys? Zoom75 is set to open late March or early April. Seems to tick your boxes, has 2.4ghz wireless, hotswappable, aluminium plate most likely will be offered as an add on, white.

Comes with knob too and can be customised to have an lcd screen.

I've been waiting for it myself.

If not, QK75 is now on the way to various vendors and will be selling extra units soon-ish.
