This is pretty crazy. I’ve had over 10 GMK sets and never had a problem. If this happens to you or you are OP immediately contact the vendor you purchased from, they should be able to rectify the issue.

I'm also missing a key from my Metropolis set and contacted them about it, their response was a noncommittal -oh, okay- and have gone silent about it. Sent another email at the two months mark and have not heard back. Three months now since I received a flawed set, and exactly two years since I initially paid ($240) for Metropolis. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

BTW, anyone out there missing a 4$ and has an extra 3#, lets swap!

Haha same, I presently own maybe 30 GMK sets. It’s only become an issue recently. They were showing off their new robot sorter, and I think it’s to blame.
