It's for controlling volume. Useful when I'm playing games, watching movies, and...stuff. Pressing it will toggle Mute too. I know those can be mapped to Fn + any key but i like having knobs dedicated for volume.

They came from 2 different designers actually.

GMK Lazurite is from Jaekeyed

GMK Civilizations is from TwGecko

Not really sure. His reddit account is suspended and his instagram hasn't posted anything in 90 weeks. He was listed as a vendor for Jris65 though back in Sept 2022
