Really happy about the developments. I've been following the project for quite some times and I'm super excited that this is finally gonna be available to all the follow Topre lovers.
A big thanks to u/23_Andreas for starting the development of the URSA project along with his passion and dedication. He's truly one of the most wholesome ppl that I've "met" in this scene. And big thanks to u/fk-caps for embarking in the journey to support him and help him bring the project to new heights, those who I hoped to see from this project ever since the first pics of the caps were shared by Andreas.
Can't wait to have these on my boards and if all goes well maybe I can hope for a JIS option too *wink wink*

that is not going to happen unfortunately the sets won't change too much... sorry about that, you could talk with someone getting a base kit for an HHKB for instance and collect the few keys you need?

I love the demo with Japanese labeling... is this something that will happen? This question is because I'm assuming the talk of ISO/JIS is only with regard to layout/shape of keys, not for japanese labels, is that correct?

If the answer is that it's only layout and not labels: will you offer ISO/JIS specific keys extension kit? Or should I wait for a full kit to appear if I don't want to buy a full keyset twice?

No there won’t be japanese sublegends for doubleshot keycaps. We might consider running a set in dye sub but that’s not in the current plan. Yes the talk about ISO/JIS is regarding the shape of the keys

Ive been on the lookout for literal years for a good topre keycapset. If that comes in ISO and maybe even a German layout ive reached endgame!
