Wow. Impressive, are you able to see if you can scratch that material off and find any metal points to re solder on?

Unfortunately not I tried forever to find stuff and resolver but I can’t get it on

I had a socket totally bend, but could luckily bent it back. I guess that ist Idobao quality :/

This can happen to any hot swap board. The sockets need to be supported from the rear while inserting switches, as a bent pin can just push the socket off instead of being inserted into the socket. There's a post like this at least once a week from people with all manner of boards, from a range of manufacturers. It's not a reflection of Idobao quality.

Glue a socket in place, then bridge to column and the row together to the pins of that socket

If you can figure out what the PCB layout is you can use some little pieces of wire to jump to the correct places. That's typically what people do when the pads get pulled off with the socket. I would bet the right pad was connected to the diode right above it.
I know it doesn't help now (and I wouldn't be too hard on yourself about it, everyone who uses hotswap boards will probably have this happen to them eventually), but you really need to be careful and support the socket from the back when you put in the switch.
