i don’t understand why there so many mistakes from domikey. second one i have seen in a month or so. let kprepublic try to help you. if for some reason they don’t you can email domikey directly since they are selling in stock sets now. service@domikey.com they did respond around a week or so later for me. so not the fastest but hey it’s something

kprepublic's aliexpress store has been pretty awesome for me. they just asked for a pic of the keycap and order # then shipped me a new one quickly. has happened twice since domikey is kind of scuffed.

flip it upside down. joke aside, you should get a replacement just ask your vendor and if they don't get a refund

Only one key wrong? You're lucky. My last keycap order (womier) had about 6 doubles and tripples and 3 missing or so. Even after they sent a replacement still one was the wrong colour.

I had like 5 keycaps wrong from KPRepublic in my order & it took them shipping replacements 3 times to get a complete correct set

Domikey Pumper ordered at KPrepublic. Just wrote an E-Mail to their support. Let's see how they handle that.
EDIT:
Their e-mail came with an auto response: "contact us via discord or website chat."
I chose chat.
They demanded a photo with a packaging shipping label. Which I of course already tossed in the trash.
Then they said: "Okay, take a video of your problem and send it to us via cloud link (like googledrive).
I know they just want to avoid beeing screwed over but I never heard of such methods before... beside of that the support person ended every single of his textes with: "You could have read about that in the FAQ"...
WEEELL... in the end they told me that I get a repleacement. Now I'm playing the waiting game.
