It's not GMK since that's not what GMK legends look like and I don't believe the GMK Vaporwave had media keycaps. It could be NK Cherry Vaporwave, which was an official budget dye-sub clone of GMK Vaporwave.

So, This is the Imposter Macropad sold by BalloonDog. I noticed this image in the product slideshow and fell in love with them but I can't find them online. Any ideas what set this is?
