How long does NerdCables take to ship?

So I got some cables from some random company called Nerd Cables, because I asked a few of my friends and they said it looked great. I'm fully aware this hobby has long ship times, cuz all of my parts took like 1 week, but I ordered the cable like a week or two ago, and I still don't have it. Also, I only learned about cablemod after I had ordered the other cables, so :/ but they both look very nice.

Edit: my keyboard did come with a cable so I can obv use it without the custom one, but it looks ugly and idk if I should refund them or just wait

So my question is, to you others, how long does it take to ship? I'm fine with waiting like a month because it's not immediately necessary.

Request a refund, start a PayPal dispute, or file a credit card chargeback and file a complaint with the FTC

I have heard a lot of people have had lots of issues with actually getting their products to ship from that company. Typically coiled cables have less lead time than a keyboard and it should be a few weeks max +/- transit time

I don’t think you’re going to get your cables. I would contact your bank/PayPal for a refund.

PayPal will give you a refund most of the time unless you send money with the “friends and family” option
