It looks like a metal case? Is it going to be plastic since wireless signals and metal don't mix too good...

It’s aluminium top with plastic bottom. Should be fine with BT as I’m currently using BM40 alu case with PCB prototype and it works just fine. But I’ll be 100% sure only after testing with real thing. If not, I’ll have to add a bit of plastic where antenna is. But it shouldn’t change look of it much.
