Maybe consider upgrading your keycaps to something that actually fits and isn't a clone.

Not necessarily a 140 bucks set, but yeah, get a non clone that fits your layout bro.

Not many people are willing to shell out 140$ for an original GMK set. People are even surprised I spent 50$ on some keycaps. I myself have never owned a GMK set. for one, I don't like the ABS material in terms of texture and feel. I prefer PBT. two, it's expensive and because it's ABS, it will eventually lose its texture shine from usage. 3, it's limited and its production takes 1-2 years before you actually get it.

I get where you are coming from. I actually had the exact same thoughts as you.

But after getting a gmk set, I like it way more than any pbt set I have ever owned. The texture of gmk is way better than any pbt set imo.

The shine on the keycaps is preference. But seeing some sets with full shine honestly looks really good.

The original design is not something they keep manufacturing. It comes in group buys and are pretty expensive.

Look up gmk 8008.
