No I don't think they are. But there is (was?) a BOGO sale for some of their other in-stock caps.

I got my information originally from the poster, which is small and low resolution. Upon looking at their Black Friday sale page, I think they are offering mystery keycaps and BOGO on their keycaps, but not BOGO on their mystery keycaps.

It appears I misread the initial poster. I have corrected the post to state that there are mystery keycaps, as well as CannonKeys keycap BOGO deals.
