Do you remember how did you do it? I just bought this keyboard 2 days ago and I cant connect to the software ever since.

did you do it in wired mode? With wireless it will not work.

I did and unfortunately it doesnt work. Checking it via device manager, I am seeing two PID. FA70 and 00A5.

idk brother maybe try contacting their support, and if it does turn out to be a faulty keeb you just bought it pretty recently so they should send you a replacement for free (most of the time in Amazon atleast).
