Every company's expense policy is completely different, so unless someone here also works at your job, someone else's experience with this is basically irrelevant.

(I'm an accountant at a tech company)

I don’t agree. Sure expense policies are different, but I’m more curious about how many people were able to do it, how, do they enjoy the board they were able to expense, etc.

Some companies will say "fuck off" and some will not give a shit. Completely depends on your company.

I don't want the company to own MY keyboard, so I didn't even try.
My keyboard makes my working conditions better, so it's a good investment, from my perspective.

I did have them pay for my Master 3 mouse though.
