What a weird comment.

How is their way of thinking "overly feminine"? Why ascribe gender to a non-gendered thought pattern? And to insinuate that things being feminized ruins things makes it sound like you have some bias against women.
>No, there is standard way of touch typing on a QWERTY style layout; it is the same worldwide
Also you know there are non-QWERTY layouts people use for typing.
> People need to stop being lazy and learn proper touch-typing.
Why do you care how anyone other than you types? Is it ruining your life if some people hunt and peck?
Some people are physically incapable of touch typing due to nerve damage, or other mitigating factors that you don't seem to care to understand, or even consider a factor.
We are a niche hobby. We should strive to be an inclusive space where people are free to do what they want, and encourage those that want to join us to do so. Not gatekeep based on WPM, or how perfect some ones typing mechanics are.
I have no alice boards, but I'm sure the original designer created a product that suited their needs and others have adapted it to suit their own. I would encourage you to do the same rather than yelling into the void that is the internet.

If some dude considers ‘feminine thinking’ detrimental to mankind when it comes to a keyboard layout you best believe I want to gatekeep the fuck out of them from this hobby.
