Technically, it's not if you look at the "correct" way to touchtype... but it is stupid, so just ignore it.

Defining "correct" touch typing is country dependant btw. While in the US it is often teached with hitting the 6 right handed, it is in Germany "correctly" teached to hit the 6 left handed... there are both schools. Both are correct.
