Did you depart from a US terminal? I'd never think you could get this through security due to fluid.

I don't fly much, but I've heard how difficult security is in the states.

As long as each item is less than 100ml or 3.4 ounces you are good.

I brought it through US (PreCheck tho) and Japanese security.
