Ok nice but WHERE are the numbers :( I find it super upsetting when people don't have numbers.

The numbers are wherever you want them to be, I have mino on the Q row, some people prefer a number pad orientation, whatever suits you workflow. I find it a lot easier to push down a key with my thumb and do the number clores to the home row that using a dedicated number row.
