lol my first build i couldn't figure out why my stabs kept ticking. took me 2 weeks to figure out (after many attempts at holee mod) .... that my stab bars weren't supposed to be under the stab holes...they were supposed to go through the stab holes...

I just did something similar. Changed out the plate and forgot to reconnect the USB.

yeah I switched the stock alu plate to a polycarbonate plate and removed the stab pads since they were super super sticky, and then somehow this got lost in the abyss when putting it all back together 😭

That gotta be the most annoying thing… I had a smaller thing I left out, a single pcb screw I somehow found after cleaning up the table… it’s sitting in a box since I didn’t bother putting it back tho lol

weeks ago i thought the same!, i almost screw those parts in the wrong direction, then dealing with the hardest part assembling the pcb with aluminum plate after some particular mods i did, you deal with like 12 screws in the same layer.

after finishing i had to unscrew again because i forgot the pcb tape mod lmao!.
