For anyone wondering.. This particular combo of keycaps (Perestroika and the normal alphas) can fetch 800-1000 USD alone on the aftermarket right now. And that's with things having calmed down notably.
Cyrillic are in the base. Which is quite pricey due to very low supply.
Regular alphas isn't more expensive than the base but is hugely expensive based on original cost due to even lower supply.
