Ah yes, oneplus. The brand that completely turned against everything they once stood for.

That brand is now advertising towards enthusiasts? The very people that made it big and that it turned against with all their other products?

What a joke, keychron should know better.

Yup. Back in the day everyone I know said that the Oneplus (and the Nexus line-up) were the Android phones to have.

I myself have a 6T but the way as the updates were taken care on it (we got Android 11 one year after being released and its buggy as hell) and the sudden change in policies makes them another brand trying to compete in the high price segment where other, more established brands own the market, including their parent brand Oppo.

Going by market segment in China (were I'm currently located - Hong Kong/Shenzhen) we have Apple on the top, Huawei dropped a lot after the US trade wars, to the point of their new devices being mostly dead in the water, Oppo and Xiaomi keep chugging along and then we have Samsung that for the lack of better terms don't leave the under 5% market share.

I was a supporter of OnePlus ever since the OnePlus One. After Carl Pei left, there's nothing left but an empty shell.

It's probably just going to be a OnePlus branded Q-series board

This might be a keyboard with a dock for the upcoming OnePlus Pad

Think people will stay away from their product? I highly doubt if oneplus is going to do anything that will be reachable by the entire community.

Everything looks normal aside from the grouped dual usbc ports on the backside, although one may be a bluetooth switch?

Why are they not working with Nothing company instead? I am sure they are willing to collab to expand their market, plus Carl Pei is the one that made OP what it used to be...

I agree. Nothing has much more potential than OnePlus. However, in terms of marketing and reputation, OnePlus is a bigger company now than Nothing after all.

I really hope Oneplus doesn't bring their poisonous touch to a Keychron product
