Tell your kids to bring the legos to my house, this looks sweet! I wish I was anywhere near this creative! Also! Did you put an angle on? I can’t figure out how to make this not flat for typing.

I stuck the little feet that come with IKEA drawer sets on mine lol

Yeah I need to add rubber feet still so it won’t slide around on my desk. LEGO makes rubber feet now. I’ve encountered them on the Optimus Prime LEGO set. Might try and get some of those to keep it purely LEGO haha.

Depending on your taste the Lego bonsai tree also has some subber feet. It's a stationary holder for a smaller rubber wheel size that stands off a a totwof about a brick.

Oh nice. Guess this gives me a reason to open a bonsai set. Thank you for the recommendation.

Haha thank you! I love how it turned out. And it was just some quality time spent sifting through the mountain of LEGO with the kids.
I did put an angle on it. I replaced the large flat plates with ones that you can add bricks to the bottom. Then added a row of bricks to the bottom of the rear edge. Might work on a wrist rest next.

That’s what I was thinking. Do they only make those is 8x16? I feel like that was the biggest plate I could find that could mate bricks from under. I’ve also seen people put a slight angle by adding bricks and putting the board on an angle. I’m a little more afraid of that because I could see myself bending or cracking it.

Do you happen to know the part number? All I could come across was 8x16 for standard plates

Amazing thank you so much.

I used five 8x16 plates for the bottom. It got the job done. With the original kit I got a good angle using different size rubber feet.

That’s exactly what I was considering doing. Now I need to buy 5 plates….

I couldn't find anywhere that sells the part new, so I just ordered some used ones from eBay. I didn't get them yet, and I hope the color isn't too yellowed.

Just swap out the bottom plate with full plates and stick some angled bricks...
