I feel bad. I want to love it... but I love the keycap box that it came in more than the actual keycaps themselves. That box looks so cool!

Such a nice set, though. I currently have it under pre-order.

Hopefully you’ll get it faster than mine. Probably didn’t help that I ordered mine during the lockdown

Yeah, I anticipate it being a relatively short turn-around time (maybe 4-6 months). Hopefully by then the Bauer Lite is out, that way I can slap the DS on the Bauer.

I imagine preorders will start shipping once all GB orders ship (maybe a couple of weeks tops)

I can't see myself buying a bit of plastic and waiting for 2 years for it to arrive. The benefit being realistically slightly sharper legends and marginally better colours over widely available in-stock keycaps that aren't GMK or whatever else. I just don't think it's fair to consumers and it's a bad business practice that shouldn't be endorsed.

I understand it when it comes to boards (most keyboards take way less than that to get produced too) because they need to know how many they are going to sell in order to figure out a profitable logistics/manufacturing route but I don't see a reason GMK would do that. They could just mass produce and people would just buy it because of their quality.

It was 603 days between the time I paid and when the keycaps were delivered
