Put whatever you want there, based on what you will use. tilde/grave and backslash/pipe are what I would be deciding between, as a programmer.

Yeah it's quite nice being able to make a dream keyboard - but in my case I am very used to the regular layout so it's a bit of a struggle at the moment!
