I always have trouble identifying one thing in photos like this. I usually get the vibe that it’s just “off” like an uncanny valley type thing. Others have mentioned the condition of the face-up card, but I personally think that the lighting/glare on the upper left corner of the keeb strikes me as artificial when I look closely
