Good find, congratulations!

For cleaning, I'd start by removing the keycaps and giving them a bath in some warm soapy water. While they're soaking, take a vacuum with the brush attachment to get all the dust and nastiness. You could air can it, but I personally wouldn't want to blow the dirt and who know what else in my house. Rinse and completely dry the keycaps and you should be good to go. Happy typing

Baby wipes for disinfecting on top. I mainly use these as that's also what I use to keep my mousepad maintained alongside a lint roller.

I've heard Lint rollers leave tiny glue particles that make dirt accumulate faster. There's a type of stiff brush called an upholstery brush that some say works better.

I will look into this. Would it not damage the surface of the pad? I want to keep the surface just right. I have a stupid light mouse at 23 grams and everything lol

I just looked at it. I'd rather use a makeup brush and some micro fiber if I didn't already run that In the form of non-alcohol baby wipes. Lint roller seems still necessary for less frequent use though
