There are both V3 and Q3 in ANSI layout with the knob. The Q3 it's sold out in some variants though

Well now I’m bummin, didn’t see that option on the sight and just ordered a K8.

They have so many different models that it's easy to miss something... Besides the price I ordered the V3 because I didn't found the Q3 ISO. I found that too a few days later
