How do you sit through a double album?

I have a very poor attention span and I'm really itching to sit down and listen to a double album (lysflath to be specific) and honestly I can barely find the time, and when I do my attention span always dwindles off.

As someone who wanted to get into lysflath I'd say give it a few listens in the background. The album is great for that. And if you feel bored at any point (last few minutes of static it was for me) feel free to pause and continiue later.

Do other activities while listening, such as going for a walk, drawing, driving, chores, ect. You can also listen to the album in chunks, which I normally do for double albums.

I frequently have to drive 5-6 hours, that is jam session time, nothing to focus on but the road and music
