Song suggestion to fit a “pirate theme” for the walkout of my next fight?

I know this is an odd question but I spent years as a regional mma fighter and took a long time off. My whole thing was putting on a show no matter what — fighting only to finish or get finished, and having an unnecessarily extravagant walkout.

That said, I am returning to fight for the title in my weight class (first title shot) a few months from now as a massive underdog and plan on having a pirate themed walkout. (Stupid reference to “steal” the title I’m not expected to win lol). I always do a “costume”, usually simple unless I’m main or co-main event, so I already ordered a fairly badass pirate captain outfit, but now I’m stuck…

I can’t come across any good songs that both fit the theme and actually have that hype factor for a title fight walkout? “He’s a Pirate” has some solid hype but feels way too cliche. “I’m on a boat” was a top choice for a while but it just isn’t gonna fit with the pirate theme….

What are some thoughts from you guys? If it helps, my most popular walkout was from my last fight before this break, and I used part of the Westworld “Paint it Black” cover in a simple black bandit costume. Thanks for any suggestions you might have! This promotion allows video recording so I’ll obviously record and share with whoever suggests the song I pick! 😅

The band Clutch references a lot of sailing lore in their lyrics. Heavy hitting band and would be a sick walkout song IMO. Not necessarily a band theme, but it runs through a lot of their music. Check out their lyric sheets and I’m sure you’d find something cool to use.

LOL, that is actually hilarious because I know/have been told I look like a smaller David Rickels, but not until now did I realize we are also the exact same in our flashy fight style and egregious walkouts 😂

I’ve only fought regionally and twice outside my state, I almost cornered a teammate on a Bellator card with Rickels on his it until my teammates opponent got injured!

Closest I can think of would be Land Ho! by The Doors. Maybe a punk or metal band covered it.

Jimmy Buffett has several nautical themed songs, but his genre isn’t exactly hype music. Once again, there may be a cover version of his songs out there that may work.

My own personal “theme/hype song”, if I was to have one lol, would be Wish by Nine Inch Nails. That song seriously jambs.
