is it possible to log in to my iTunes and have access to my song library on a computer that isn’t mine? I was getting the impression online that this would be an issue (that is, getting access to my iTunes library somewhere that isn’t my computer)

I think even windows media player can burn CDs.

Just do a 20sec google search and you will find a billion ways to do it.
