Good list. Tyler Childers is a great add. Morgan Wade’s acoustic stuff is hard hitting.

Not sure if this is the kind of country you’re looking for, but I highly recommend checking out Colter Wall

I’m confused by the troll concept. How is answering OP’s question being a troll with downvotes?? Last time I looked at my Country Music playlist, all those artists fit the criteria.

Because you named the most generic, pop country music possible lol 😆 just a bunch of radio trash 🗑️ sorry 🤷‍♂️

That is a fair point. Do The Petersons (Bluegrass) fit into that category? We don’t get much in Australia, except covers of Jolene.

As someone who has been in and out of the country music scene, I’ll give some from particular artists that I’ve listened to despite being out of the loop.

-Florida Georgia Line: Confession, Smoke, Dig your Roots. -Luke Combs: Even though I’m leaving, 3 2 1 too many, beautiful crazy.

Also my favorite country song from that period is “You should be here” by Cole Swindel.

Oh I forgot the only album released in that time that is “true country” is Chris Stapleton’s Traveller, my bad.
