We’ve heard of “easy listening” music, what would be an example of “uneasy listening?”

I bought the album “vroooom” by King Crimson and it was too much for me. Also Rites of Spring comes to mind but I think that’s meant to be experienced with the dancers too.

I know it’s all dependent on personal preferences but what else do y’all think could largely be considered uneasy listening?
