My girl broke up with me like 2 days ago and I’m absolutely crushed but I’m lucky enough that currents by tame impala was already my favorite album but any other recommendations for moving on? Also please no Adele I absolutely crumble every time she comes on

Alien Ant Farm’s album “up in the attic” is chock full of good breakup songs. For a more modern and electronic feel, “Better Apart” by Jai Wolf featuring Dresage is a killer tune.

Check out Gloomcatcher. His music isn’t necessarily breakup-themed, but it runs real deep and will probably make you feel better.

Last time I had a bad breakup, I had a hard time listening to anything with lyrics. If this is your mood, listen to everything by Emancipator.

It’ll get better. Good music helps.
