Dream Theater

It’s been 12 years, and I still don’t get tired of them. They blew my mind as a ten-year-old and they still blow my mind today.

I’m constantly finding new ways to appreciate them, like learning guitar riffs or solos, or I recently got back into keyboards, and I’m learning how complicated Jordan’s parts can be. He uses lots of simplistic chords like triads, but he’s constantly changing and evolving the voicings, he rarely repeats the same thing twice. I’ve got Through My Words down and most of Far From Heaven. I don’t think I’ll ever tire of them.
