You’re there to watch the band sing their songs. They don’t need your help.

No one cares if you're singing along, they didn't pay to hear or watch you.

There’ll be people there that know every lyric. There’ll be people there that just saw the person on a promotional poster and wanted to come see. There’ll be everyone in the middle too. Just enjoy yourself and don’t stress about learning lyrics, if you like the artist and enjoy their music, it’ll come to you when you hear them!

No one goes to a concert wanting to hear the people next to them recite lyrics. Just go enjoy seeing the artist, absolutely no one cares if you know the lyrics or not. Everyone is there to see the artist, not you.

When I saw kendrick lamar live, nearly every person knew nearly every lyric to most of the songs. It was an amazing chorus.

Why are you not saying who you’re seeing?

Long ago at a Garth Brooks concert, for one song he just played guitar alone on stage and let the audience sing the words. It was neat, but generally, individual audience members aren't expected to know every lyric. Some songs are more singalong than others.

Tamper the anxiety and enjoy the show. Nobody is going to be paying any attention to you. I'm saying this as someone who used to think that way. Let loose, dance, sing what you know and have a great time

Tom Araya (Slayer) would routinely fuck up the lyrics to his own songs and no one cared.
