I can't say I've heard of any that are "about" a girl with hazel eyes, but in Turning Japanese by The Vapors, there's a lyric that goes, "Your eyes are hazel, and soft as clouds." The song isn't all that romantic sounding, though.

There's also Behind These Hazel Eyes by Kelly Clarkson, but again, it's not much of a romantic song.
