spotify or apple music

edit: this is not a spotify v AM post 💀

so i recently started useing spotify and i just recently found out apple's raising the price of AM's subscription. so im thinking of unsubscribing from one of them.

do note that i've been using AM for 3 years so it basically knows me very well, but i have a feeling that spotify can catch up. and honestly i dont care for the price bump but i just wanna use one service to save money.

Hands down Apple Music audio quality is fantastic- I don’t know how they do it-now when I listen to spotify i can’t get past one song without getting distracted by how bad it sounds in comparison

See the spotify vs apple music argument is the same as the android vs apple argument, everyone knows the right answer some just like to pretend cause it's "cooler"

I have both, because download of Spotify songs onto my Apple Watch does not work very well. That’s probably somewhat on purpose. However, my google home stuff will not do Apple Music. Plus, I have always found Spotify to be much better at learning what I like. Spotify is generally superior in my opinion, but that might be because I’m just used to it.

Spotify’s discover weekly is decently strong - I use Spotify on my TV and love it. For both music and a couple video podcasts.

I've never listed to anything on apple music but from what I've seen Spotify is better but I've hered some people say about sound quality as for sound I don't know but at least from what I've seen definitely Spotify
