No it is a band that I went to highschool with like 20 years ago. They just also have a good cover song that is just the Tool song "Sober" played at a quicker pace.
Hence the name "Sober on Speed"

Not as well known as inner galactic lovers 😁. This was an additional track on the japanese release of the album, wasnt there in the first one i bought. But you are right, some songs hit too damn hard.
