There's a guy doing I think most, if not, all the singing.
Has a softer voice
The music video has people that are wearing vintage like prom cloths. They are all kinda dancing.
I think the camera pans to different pictures, or there are pictures being taken, during the music video. It's almost like it's going through his memories.
I believe the chorus has something like "... somebody ..."

I'm not sure about the genre, but it has very similar vibes to Mr Brightside -the killers

I think there's an old book with photo graphs, and the camera keeps hoping to the different photographs, which then become live scenes.

It's like the song is telling a sad/mellow story.
